We believe we can improve workflows with smart spatial interventions. By giving shape to various small elements and details, it becomes possible to merge them into a beautiful entity. We dare to bend to the rules and let our intuition guide us. In this way, we create a narrative around each building and project to maximise the potential of the space.
Our interdisciplinary team can creatively design multifunctional, modular structures for workplaces, distribution centres and office buildings that connect and support people. These are meeting places where each individual contributes to the bigger picture in their own way.
By creating different atmospheres, everyone has room to grow to their full potential in a place where knowledge is shared and where everyone looks at the world from their own angle. It is precisely from these small spatial interventions (ref. to beginning) that inspiring places emerge.
For sustainable and modern office buildings, transformation and infill take precedence over expansion. In this way, we steer away from solitary workplaces and office districts towards working environments that integrate into the residential environment. At the same time, we are creating a new dynamic between two domains – connecting workplaces and resilient living. This cross-fertilisation then requires focusing on sustainable mobility and looking at how we can optimise the commute between living and working. We are particularly aiming for shorter distances, which in turn also has an ecological impact.
